If you will be producing an ad for the 2News health Expo Program Guide, here is the information you need to accomplish this.

Print Ads are due by Friday, January 12, 2018

Full Page Ad - 6.5" x 9.5" (Title and Presenting sponsors ONLY - Included in Package)

Half-Page Ad - 6.5" x 4.625"

Quarter Page Ad - 3.125" x 4.625"

Ad Formatting

- All colors must be in CMYK mode. No Spot Color, Pantone, or RGB color modes will be accepted.

- All fonts should be converted to outlines and all images should be embedded.

- All images should be at least 300 dpi and not great than 1200 dpi.

- All ads are four (4) color process.

- All ads provided should be created with the following preferred applications:
  (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and PDF)

- It is best to submit completed artwork in PDF format

- No images will be accepted in the following formats:
  (JPEG, PNG, PICT, CT, DCS, RIFF, OPI, GIF, BMP, PCX, PNG, TARGA, IFF, PIXAR, or WPX)
